Can you eat mangos every single day?
Mangos can be healthy, but it is important to enjoy them in moderation. According to the United States Department of Agriculture, adults should eat 1 to 2 cups of fruits per day.
Your mango consumption should not exceed 1 cup per day. You should choose fruits high in fiber and low sugar to make up the remainder of your fruit intake.
Mangos are rich in vitamins that your body requires and can aid digestion. Mangos also contain a lot of fiber and water, which can be good for you.
Mangos are lovely and make a great snack alternative to sugary snacks. However, they are high in natural sugars, so it is best not to eat too many of them daily.
